Massachusetts Title 5 septic inspections that protect your sale, your property, and the environment
Schedule early so closing day stays right on track.
“Selling or transferring a property?”
In Massachusetts, most homes and businesses on a private septic system need a passing Title 5 inspection before the property changes hands. A certified inspector evaluates the tank, distribution box, and leach field, then documents whether the system meets state standards. Book Pioneer Valley Inspections early and avoid last-minute delays.
